Now there is two ways to purchase meat which is by either
buying in bulk or buying by the individuals.

Individual Cuts:
We sell single cuts of  pork and beef approved by the USDA.
There are two ways to purchase these single cuts:
~ Call-in or email orders: are able to be picked up at Ranch or
if order is local and $75 or more, we can deliver!
~ Farmers Markets (Closed Till Next Year)
- Tuesday: South Lake Tahoe 8 am - 1pm
- Wednesday: Cameron Park  8am - Noon
                      Downtown Placerville Bell Tower 5pm - Dusk
- Friday: Briggs Ranch Folsom 8 am - Noon
- Saturday: Downtown Placerville 8am - Noon
- Sunday: Sutter Street Old Town Folsom 8 am - Noon
               El Dorado Hills Town Center 8am-1pm
Bulk Orders (this is where your savings is!)
All meat is processed and wrapped by a local butcher to the
customers specifications. Products can either be picked up or
delivered. Beef, and pork are available year round. Lamb and
goat are the only meat that is seasonal.

Beef: sold by the quarter, half or whole side
$5.95(* sold by pound on hang weight - approx wt whole:           
      540-680)
Pork: sold by the half or whole side
$5.95(* sold by pound on hang weight - approx wt whole:           
       200-220)
Lamb or Goat: sold by the whole side
$8.00 (* sold by pound on hang weight - approx wt whole:          
         55-70 lb)
Chicken: sold by the whole
$6.00 (* sold by pound on finished weight) (about 5 lbs)

Turkey: sold by the whole
$3.50 (* sold by pound on finished weight) (10-20 lbs)

*As soon as a deposit is made, we start the process of finishing
your animal. Also price subject to change!
